Patrons exceeding the ticket limit will have their orders cancelled at the venue’s discretion. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Unless otherwise noted, each person must have a ticket regardless of age. No babies in arms. No Elevator. Ramps only to the balcony level. All ages show, bar with I.D. Reserved seating events – Accessible seats will appear on the map with the universal ADA symbol. General admission events – Parties who require accessible seating may simply purchase the best available ticket online.
